SUNEKOS® 200 is a Class III CE-marked injectable medical device formulated for dermal bioregeneration through the stimulation of extracellular matrix (ECM) renewal. It combines low molecular weight hyaluronic acid with a patented blend of six essential amino acids (HY6AA formula) that synergistically support the regeneration of collagen and elastin in the dermis. Designed to restore skin quality in early to moderate aging, SUNEKOS® 200 is especially effective for fine lines, loss of elasticity, and skin dehydration, offering natural-looking results without volumization.

The product is highly versatile and suitable for use on face, neck, décolleté, and periocular areas, delivering visibly improved firmness, elasticity, and hydration. Its non-volumizing action allows it to be used safely in areas where excessive volume would be undesirable, including under-eye circles and thin skin zones. SUNEKOS® 200 is supplied in a two-component system that must be reconstituted immediately prior to use. Each treatment is packaged to support safe, hygienic application by trained medical professionals.

Ingredients:

• Sodium Hyaluronate (200 kDa) – supports hydration and ECM scaffolding
• HY6AA Amino Acid Blend – contains Glycine, L-Proline, L-Lysine HCl, L-Alanine, L-Valine, and L-Leucine
• Sterile water for injection and phosphate buffer solution
• No preservatives or anesthetics (no Lidocaine)

SUNEKOS® 200 is indicated for the treatment of superficial to moderate signs of aging, including fine lines, skin laxity, dehydration, and loss of elasticity. It is suitable for younger patients as a preventive measure, as well as for more mature skin requiring dermal revitalization.

Indications:

• Treatment of fine lines and early wrinkles
• Skin quality improvement in periocular region, forehead, cheeks, neck, and décolleté
• Hydration boost and firmness improvement in thin, delicate skin

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
• Skin infections, inflammation, or compromised dermal integrity at injection site
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Use in patients with autoimmune disorders or blood clotting conditions (case-by-case)
  

Side Effects:

• Transient redness, swelling, or tenderness at injection site
• Bruising may occur, especially in vascular regions
• Rare: nodules, allergic reactions, or irregularities at the site of injection

SUNEKOS® 200 is injected into the superficial to mid-dermis, depending on the area and desired outcome. It follows a multi-session protocol, usually administered over three to four sessions spaced 7–10 days apart, to stimulate gradual and natural biorevitalization.

Administration Technique:

• Reconstitute the two vials immediately before use
• Inject using a 30–32G needle, 4–13 mm in length
• Techniques include:
  
  • Micro-bolus
  • Linear threading
  • Multiple injection points, depending on facial anatomy
    
• Inject 0.1–0.2 ml per point, avoiding overcorrection
  
• Recommended protocol:
  • 3–4 sessions, spaced 7–10 days apart
  • Maintenance treatment after 4–6 months, based on clinical evaluation
    

Storage Recommendations:

• Store between 2°C and 25°C in original sterile packaging
• Protect from light, frost, and moisture
• Use immediately after reconstitution
• Discard any unused solution after treatment
